Meditation is the practice of training the mind and inducing a state of consciousness.   Meditation promotes relaxation, builds internal energy or life force and helps develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness.  A sense of well-being is generated that can over flow into all daily activities.  I have practiced several types of meditation since 1994 and assist others in developing a meditation practice that works for them.  Personal or group sessions are available.

Meditation Practice

There are various types of Breath Works Integration that I offer.  This ranges from clearing meditation practice to a cathartic form of prana yoga, or air-based spiritual purification.  It is a powerful  tool of spiritual healing, and has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to improve their health, including medically incurable conditions.  Breath is our first action in this life and it is our last.  During our lives, the unconscious can control much of our patterns and perceptions of breath.  If there is something that you want to access in the body rather than the mind, breath work integration is a great way to access it, release it and create spaciousness. 1 hour session $60, 1.5 hour $80 suggested

Breath Works Integration

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a type of gentle clothes-on body work that accesses the nodes and pathways that drain the waste and toxins from the cellular structure.  The pulmonary system, powered by the heart, flushes nutrients into our bodies for active muscular action, which in turn drains the system.  This treatment is particularly helpful for pre and post surgery related edema and facial fluid retention.  1 hour session $80, facial treatment only, 20 minutes $30 suggested

Astrology Readings

Astrology is an insightful tool that has been used for thousands of years.  Your birth date, time and place of birth are required to look at the astrological cycles active in your life now.   My particular forte is in sensing who you are and how that feels.  Sharing your chart with you causes a cognition that can open doorways to greater freedom, creativity and spontaneous growth.  1 hour consultation $90 suggested

Crystal Star Cast

Oneness Blessings are offered from my heart, free of charge.  If you're coming to see me for another service or would simply like receive this wonderful energy, please ask about a suitable time.  The energy transfer takes no more than 5 minutes and is achieved through my hands being placed gently on your crown.
